Pay a 30% deposit through our secure Stripe checkout to lock in your spot — the balance is due before departure. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted.
Reserve now, pay later
No card needed. Reserve your trek and we'll arrange payment with you by bank transfer, Wise, or cash on arrival in Nepal — whatever suits you best.
Your payment is secure
Card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Your card details are entered on Stripe's encrypted checkout — we never see or store them. Every payment is protected by SSL encryption.
No hidden card fees
Many Nepal operators quietly add 3–4% to card payments. We don't. We absorb the processing fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Deposit & balance
A 30% deposit confirms your booking — your guide, permits and departure are secured. The remaining 70% is due before your trek begins, payable by any method above. Prices are quoted in USD.
Refunds & cancellations
