主环线覆盖与14天版本相同的壮丽路段——马相迪河峡谷接近查梅、马南谷地的松林与苹果园、破晓时翻越托龙拉(5,416米)、穆克蒂纳特的长明圣火与朝圣氛围,以及卡利甘达基峡谷的下行。蒂利乔绕行段从马南村分出,需经过一段暴露的高处横切(即蒂利乔山坡,最为险峻的路段已架设缆绳)才能抵达海拔4,919米的湖畔——这是天然淡水水体的世界海拔纪录。
行程包含在马南(3,519米)住两晚——一晚用于前往冰湖(Ice Lake,4,620米)的高原适应行走,一晚用于蒂利乔日之前的休整——使翻越托龙拉前的海拔上升保持保守。
蒂利乔延展段值不值得多花三天?
对任何一生只走一次安纳布尔纳大环线的人来说,答案是肯定的——毫无疑问。蒂利乔湖是整条环线上除翻越垭口之外最壮观的景观。这多出的三天(马南至蒂利乔大本营、湖泊日、返回马南)相对于其余行程而言并不算费力,但它们需要你已经积累的高原适应能力。多数跳过蒂利乔的徒步者事后都说,他们后悔没去。
最佳季节:10月至11月以及3月至5月。蒂利乔湖通行:大雪封闭期(12月至2月)不可通行。最高海拔:蒂利乔湖4,919米(可选延展至托龙拉的5,416米)。

最佳出行时间
Autumn (Oct–Nov)
Best season. Stable skies, perfect temperatures, dramatic mountain colours. November can be cold at Thorong La — dress accordingly.
Spring (Mar–May)
Excellent. Rhododendrons in bloom on lower sections, good visibility. Pass fully open by April. Slightly warmer than autumn.
Winter (Dec–Feb)
Thorong La may be snowed in (5,416 m). Possible for experienced trekkers in good weather windows. Very cold on the pass and Manang plateau.
Monsoon (Jun–Aug)
Not recommended for the circuit. Heavy rain, slippery trails, poor visibility. Consider Upper Mustang instead.

I was honestly nervous as a solo female traveler about doing a 17-day trek in Nepal. The team addressed every concern before I booked — female guide option, tea house safety, emergency protocols. Our guide Sunita was incredible. The moment Tilicho Lake came into view — this vast turquoise expanse completely still at nearly 5,000m — I understood why people give up months of their lives to be here. The Thorong La crossing was tough but deeply satisfying. Highly professional company.

The full circuit with Tilicho Lake is the definitive Himalayan trek and I am so glad I didn't cut corners. Travel Himalaya Nepal added the Tilicho detour seamlessly into the itinerary — that lake at 4,919m was surreal, like a mirror at the top of the world. The crossing of Thorong La at 5,416m after seventeen days of preparation felt completely natural. Our guide Ram was exceptional — particularly his depth of knowledge about Thakali culture in the Mustang section. Perfect trip.
