最高： 2,546 m · 第3天卡普切冰川湖与西克莱斯徒步是安纳布尔纳地区人气飙升的短途探险之一——从博卡拉出发，仅需五天即可深入这座湖滨城市东北部的隐秘冰川山谷。最大的亮点便是海拔2,546米的卡普切冰川湖，它常被誉为地球上海拔最低的冰川湖，静卧在安纳布尔纳二峰与拉姆中喜马拉雅冰瀑正下方的壮丽山谷之中。由于最高海拔始终低于2,600米，几乎不会发生高原反应，因此这是初次徒步者、家庭出游以及时间有限却仍想体验真正高山风光的旅行者的理想之选。
行程从博卡拉乘坐越野车前往西克莱斯开始，这里是尼泊尔规模最大、最具传统风貌的古隆族村庄之一。从村庄出发，小径穿过橡树与杜鹃林，沿途经过瀑布与放牧草场，缓缓爬升至牧人聚居地胡古牧场（Hugu Goth）——这里是最后一段攀向碧蓝冰川湖的岩石路段的起点。返程沿原路而下，您将有充裕时间感受村庄生活、梯田风光，以及安纳布尔纳山脉一望无际的壮美景致。
