安纳布尔纳大本营徒步——7天

Seven days was exactly right. Our guide Rajan never let the group feel rushed — we spent an extra hour at Tadapani because the cloud was doing something extraordinary with the light. By the time we hit base camp at 4,130m I felt genuinely prepared, not just relieved to have made it. The best week I've spent outdoors in twenty years of hiking.

Mate, just do it. I spent six months agonising over which company to use and which route to take. Travel Himalaya Nepal answered every single question I emailed within a few hours, never once trying to upsell or push a more expensive option. The guide they assigned us — Karma — was one of the best humans I've met. Seven days, zero issues, one of the great experiences of my life. The Annapurna sanctuary at sunset is something else entirely.
