最高： 4,130 m · 第3天清晨从博卡拉驱车前往纳亚普尔(1,070米)——经典安纳布尔纳步道的起点。沿莫迪河谷开始徒步,途经河畔村庄绍利集市(Syauli Bazaar),稳步穿越亚热带森林抵达吉努丹达。这里的天然温泉是首日行程后的绝佳犒赏。

Best season. Crystal-clear skies, stable weather, spectacular mountain views. Peak crowds on EBC and ABC trails.

Spring (Mar–May)
Second-best season. Rhododendrons in bloom, good visibility. Slightly warmer than autumn. Pre-monsoon clouds build in afternoon.

Winter (Dec–Feb)
Cold but uncrowded. Clear skies and great views. High passes may be snowed-in. Lower altitude treks (Ghorepani, Langtang lower) remain open.

Monsoon (Jun–Aug)
Wet season. Trails slippery, leeches on lower sections, views often obscured. Not recommended except for rain-shadow regions (Upper Mustang).

On day four at Deurali, a snowstorm closed in and our guide Mingma made the call to stay put rather than push to MBC. He was right. We woke to clear skies at 4am, hiked to base camp in perfect conditions, and had the sanctuary almost entirely to ourselves. His judgment at altitude is something I trusted completely by that point.

Pemba adjusted our pace without a word when I started struggling at 3,600m on day three. He just slowed down and started pointing out things — a lammergeier overhead, a mani wall we would have walked past. We reached base camp at 5:45am with nobody else there. I stood in the middle of the sanctuary and cried. Not from exhaustion. From something else entirely.
