14天岛峰攀登行程是我们为经验丰富的徒步者打造的加速版方案，适合已具备库姆布高海拔经历、希望在最短可行时间内挑战伊姆贾峰（Imja Tse，6,189米）的人士。路线沿经典的珠峰大本营线路抵达南崎与丁伯切进行高度适应，随后转向楚孔与岛峰大本营（5,087米）——省去18天版本中包含的戈拉雪与卡拉帕塔尔加程，从而节省4天行程。

岛峰是一次名副其实的技术性攀登：上半段山体涉及在冰川冰面上使用冰爪、在45至60度的固定绳上使用上升器，以及一段狭窄的峰顶山脊。14天的安排能让近期有4,500米以上经历的徒步者在抵达高营地时获得足够的高度适应。对于首次造访库姆布的人来说，18天版本在丁伯切及珠峰大本营线路上额外增加的适应日，能提供显著更安全的余地。

所有攀登装备（冰爪、冰镐、安全带、上升器、头盔）、高营地帐篷、-20°C睡袋、卢克拉航班，以及登顶日每两名徒步者配备一名攀登夏尔巴向导，均已包含在内。
