最高： 2,500 m · 第3天潘查斯徒步是安纳布尔纳地区最有收获的短途徒步之一，从湖畔小城博卡拉一路平缓上升，进入海拔2,500米、植被葱郁的潘查斯山脊。短短四天，你便将费瓦湖畔的喧嚣换作兰花点缀的杜鹃林、古隆族与马嘉族的梯田农村，以及一片囊括道拉吉里、安纳布尔纳山群、鱼尾峰（马查普查雷）与远处马纳斯鲁的辽阔喜马拉雅天际线。
由于全程不超过2,500米，且沿途多为坡度平缓的步道与吉普车道，潘查斯非常适合初次徒步者、家庭以及时间有限的旅行者——同时又能带来远离安纳布尔纳热门线路人潮的纯正茶舍徒步体验。山顶亦是一处备受敬奉的印度教与佛教朝圣地，散布着小型神龛，临近山顶还有一汪圣池。
为何选择潘查斯徒步？
潘查斯在一条紧凑的环线中容纳了超乎寻常的丰富景观：泛舟横渡费瓦湖、世界和平塔、丰富的生物多样性（潘查斯以野生兰花与繁茂鸟类闻名），以及博卡拉附近最佳的日出观景点之一。它也是尼泊尔最实惠的向导徒步线路之一，无需进行高海拔适应。
最佳出行时间
春季（3月至5月）杜鹃与兰花竞相绽放，秋季（9月至11月）则有最清澈的雪山景致与清爽稳定的天气。这条线路全年皆可徒步，但雨季的小径会湿滑且多蚂蟥。

Rhododendrons and wild orchids in full bloom with warm days and good mountain views — one of the best times to walk the Panchase ridge.
Summer / Monsoon (Jun–Aug)
Lush and green but wet, with muddy, slippery trails, leeches and clouds often hiding the peaks. Walkable but not ideal.
Autumn (Sep–Nov)
The clearest skies of the year and crisp, stable weather deliver the sharpest Himalayan panoramas — the most popular season.
Winter (Dec–Feb)
Cold but often clear, with quiet trails and excellent visibility. Mornings are chilly and occasional light snow can dust the ridge.
