蒙杜姆之路是尼泊尔东部最新的社区旅游线路之一，蜿蜒穿过基拉特(Kirat)莱伊族与林布族世代相传的故土，横跨Khotang和Bhojpur的丘陵。线路以基拉特人的神圣口传经典《蒙杜姆》(Mundhum)命名，将鲜活的原住民文化与静谧的杜鹃林、梯田和马卡鲁峰(Makalu)、干城章嘉峰(Kanchenjunga)的全景融为一体。
远离安纳布尔纳和珠峰地区的人潮，这段9天旅程以村庄民宿为核心，您将与莱伊族和林布族家庭共享一顿顿dhindo（玉米糊）和gundruk（发酵腌菜），了解Sakela舞蹈和古老的泛灵信仰，行走于外国徒步者鲜少踏足的山脊村落之间。最高点是Silichung峰(4,153米)，可在从Salpa Bhanjyang出发、令人难忘的适应性一日徒步中抵达。

The clearest skies of the year and crisp air — the best season for Himalayan panoramas.

Winter (Dec–Feb)
Cold but stable and very quiet; lower villages are pleasant while the pass is chilly.
最低： -6°C 最高： 10°C Occasional snow around Salpa Bhanjyang and Silichung Peak.
