潘奇波卡里徒步通往一组海拔约4100米的五座神圣冰川湖泊，它们坐落于偏远的辛杜帕尔乔克地区，位于朗塘与朱加尔喜马山区的东缘。长久以来备受印度教与佛教香客敬仰——每年八月的牙线节期间数以千计的信众在此聚集——潘奇波卡里至今仍是尼泊尔中部最为静谧、最具原真性的高山步道之一，远离珠峰与安纳布尔纳的人潮。
行程以一段从加德满都至乔塔拉的风景驱车开始，随后线路稳步攀升，穿越塔芒族与夏尔巴族村庄、层层梯田、杜鹃与松树林以及高山牧场，最终抵达湖泊。从纳辛帕蒂上方的山脊，你将饱览朱加尔喜马、多吉拉克帕峰、马迪亚峰与远处朗塘群峰的辽阔全景。这是一条颇具挑战却收获丰厚的线路，以静谧、原始的风光和真切的朝圣之感，回馈体能良好的徒步者。
一场神圣的喜马拉雅朝圣
相传这五座湖泊形成于湿婆神曾休憩之处，湖畔散布着小神龛与一座湿婆庙。在祈祷与静默的环抱中徒步抵达，正是这趟旅程的核心所在。
远离喧嚣的小径
由于这条小径鲜有外国徒步者踏足，住宿是简朴的社区茶舍与高海拔路段的帐篷营地相结合。充分准备并有经验丰富的当地向导随行，会让这条崎岖而充实的线路大不相同。

Clear skies, blooming rhododendron forests and warm days make spring one of the best times for Panch Pokhari, with excellent mountain views.
Summer / Monsoon (Jun-Aug)
Heavy monsoon rain makes trails wet, leech-prone and slippery, though the Janai Purnima pilgrimage in August draws large crowds to the lakes.
Autumn (Sep-Nov)
The most popular season - stable weather, crisp air and the clearest panoramas of the Jugal Himal and Langtang ranges.
Winter (Dec-Feb)
Cold and quiet with snow blocking the higher trail; only well-equipped, experienced trekkers should attempt the route in deep winter.

TIMS Card (Trekkers' Information Management System)
