最高： 5,160 m · 第11天抵达特里布万国际机场，接送至加德满都酒店。晚间与向导进行徒步说明、装备检查及办理许可手续。
伦巴松巴垭口徒步是尼泊尔东部最后几条真正的荒野线路之一，沿喜马拉雅大道（GHT）高线穿行，翻越被劲风侵蚀的海拔5160米伦巴松巴垭口，将干城章嘉保护区与马卡鲁巴润国家公园连为一体。线路绝大部分路段都属于露营地带，远离常规的山间旅舍线，小径穿过林布族的农耕村寨、藏传佛教村落欧朗琼戈拉（Olangchung Gola），以及塔穆尔河与阿润河的幽深峡谷。
天气晴好时，从垭口望去，干城章嘉峰群、马卡鲁峰、洛子峰、卓奥友峰以及一整排无名雪山尽收眼底。低处的河谷是小熊猫与雪豹的栖息走廊，森林中遍布杜鹃、冷杉，鸟类资源丰富。由于线路途经限制区域，且对高海拔体能要求极高，每支队伍都会配备持证向导并提供全程后勤保障。

你可以连续数日见不到其他外国徒步者，在冰川溪流旁的帐篷中入眠，翻越一座真正连接尼泊尔两大山岳圣地的喜马拉雅垭口。它属于那些渴望孤寂、追求文化深度、向往真正探险感而非茶舍舒适的资深徒步者。
最佳出行季节
春季（3月至5月）杜鹃盛放、天气稳定；秋季（9月至11月）山景最为通透，小径干爽清冽。早春及深秋之后，垭口可能积雪，因此把握时机与做好适应高原至关重要。

Rhododendron forests in bloom, stable weather and good visibility; the pass is usually open by mid-spring.
Summer / Monsoon (Jun–Aug)
Heavy rain, leeches, slippery trails and cloud-covered peaks make this the least suitable window.
Autumn (Sep–Nov)
The prime season: crisp, dry air, the clearest mountain views and settled conditions for the high crossing.
Winter (Dec–Feb)
Bitterly cold with deep snow that frequently closes the Lumba Sumba Pass; only for very experienced, well-equipped teams.
