上多尔波徒步是尼泊尔仅存的几段伟大荒野之旅之一 —— 一段为期 22 天的露营探险，深入主山脉背后限制开放的跨喜马拉雅地区，藏传佛教与古老的苯教文化在这里几乎原封不动地保存至今。这正是彼得·马蒂森的著作《雪豹》以及埃里克·瓦利获奥斯卡提名影片《喜马拉雅（驼队）》所描绘的景观：赭色峭壁、盐运驼队古道、堡垒般的寺院，以及碧蓝的普克松多湖，映衬着干旱、被风雕琢的高原。
从朱帕尔的简易机场出发，我们穿越谢伊普克松多国家公园，抵达深蓝色的普克松多湖（海拔 3,600 米），随后翻越一连串高垭口 —— 康拉垭口（5,360 米）、萨尔当拉垭口（5,100 米）与杰恩拉垭口 —— 抵达谢伊寺，即坐落于神圣水晶山脚下的水晶寺。我们将穿越萨尔当与多塔拉普这两座中世纪村落，它们是地道的藏族聚落，牦牛驼队至今仍在这片高原荒漠中运送盐巴与青稞。
一场真正的限制区域探险
上多尔波是受管控的地区：500 美元的限制区域许可证（前 10 天）、持执照的向导和注册的旅行社均为强制要求（原有的至少两人同行规定已于 2026 年 3 月取消，单人徒步者须有向导陪同），而且全程大部分路段没有旅舍。我们以完全自给自足的方式出行，配备完整的露营团队 —— 向导、厨师、厨房工作人员以及搬运所有帐篷、食物与燃料的背夫或驮畜。

Spring (Mar–May)
From late spring the high passes begin to clear of snow and the lower valleys turn green. Early May can still hold snow on Kang La; late May is excellent and quiet.

Summer / Monsoon (Jun–Aug)
Dolpo lies in the rain shadow north of the Himalaya, so it stays largely dry while the rest of Nepal is under monsoon — one of the few regions trekkable in summer.
最低： -5°C 最高： 20°C Minimal; passes generally open and clear.
Autumn (Sep–Oct)
The prime season — stable weather, clear skies, crisp air and superb mountain views. The most reliable window for crossing the high passes.
最低： -12°C 最高： 16°C Clear early; first snows possible on passes by late October.
Winter (Nov–Feb)
Not recommended. Deep snow blocks the high passes, villages largely empty as locals descend, and camping becomes extremely cold and hazardous.
最低： -25°C 最高： 2°C Heavy snow; passes closed.

US$500 for the first 10 days + US$50/dayMandatory for the Upper Dolpo region; requires a licensed guide. The old two-person minimum was scrapped in March 2026, so solo trekkers are now allowed (with a guide). We arrange this for you.
